kEy's reDuces Stress ""

 HYE..aku ada tips sikit nak bagi sape yg baca blog aku,.As a student,tipu giler kalau x stress,PENIPU!! :) normally it's happen to girls lah kut,Aku pun kadang2 ad jagk rsa stres ni,but in other views lah...tapi tips ni memng very2 impact giler~~ (0_0) caya lah cakap aku ni..hahaha,
Actually aku ad 1 tips je,huhuhu,..kalau ianya berkesan sure kita nak bagi org rasa kan,x kan nak simpan sorang kan,..Xo caranya ad alh dengan BERJOGING a.k.a berlari sikit lah,
benda ni betul wei..aku x tipu..aku dah try dah,it really happen n effect,korang akan rasa tenang n fresh..

penat??? memang lah penat sikit,masa lari tu penat lah,kalau x nak lari,simpan je lemak tu,tapi after jog tu,lma sikit,,korang akan rasa lah effect dia,
Another things is,to me..baca lah Al-Quran tu,jangan simpan je buat tadah habuk,..

bila korang dah jog,,akan rasa free,after that korang baca plak Al-Quran so,,,,,,aku rasa stress n tension korang akan release lah...
aku dah try benda ni,memang jadi,,so,,nak ikut bagus lah,,x nak ikur terpulanglah ea...:)
